| Miala products are sewn by a WAHM - (work at home mom). Every item that leaves our little sewing studio is made with the highest attention to detail. The care that transforms each lifeless piece of material into heirloom products is enormous! Please email us with your comments and suggestions. |
MiaLa is based in Kingston, NY - right on the Hudson River, 1.5 hours from NYC. It was founded in 2002 after fulfilling many
custom bag and clothing requests for friends and friends of friends and friends of family and so on. After years patterning,
designing, costuming, sewing and a few living in NYC, I decided to start a company.
Our goal is to provide our customers with fashionably classic, durable, and unique products that can withstand years of love.
Designing for an outdoor pack company taught me the importance of small details such as long term thread life while NYC taught
me oh, how the fashions can change. We try to provide the best combination of style, durability, imagination, and affordability in
all of our products. We add this to a needed sense of individuality and thats how our products are born.
Be sure to check out our Costume pages come August. Custom orders can be fulfilled and should be placed early. We usually
are booked by the end of September. Our Wonder Woman costume has become so popular, we have limited the number we will
make each year.
We are always designing clothing, bags and art and when we perfect something we will put it up. Most of our creations are made
to order. Each one is made with pride and attention. We have the ability to fulfill large orders as well and wholesale inquiries are
